The Retreat at Palisade is a privately owned assisted living community in Palisade, CO., in the heart of a scenic wine country. Our staff is dedicated to forming a comforting and gentle community for residents. The Palisade campus has three buildings, each with its own dining area, common area, kitchen, and residence hall. Elizabeth joined The Retreat Communities when she was 18 years old. Six years later, she still enjoys driving into the beautiful town of Palisade where she does what she loves best. Elizabeth has her QMAP certification, is First Aid trained, and holds a CNA license. Elizabeth was born and raised in Grand Junction and absolutely loves living in the valley. She is a proud mother of a little girl who helps her strive to be the best she can be. Knowing she can help people in need and making the residents smile is what she loves most about her job.
