Our passion at The Retreat Communities is to serve the needs of seniors and those requiring living assistance. Our commitment is to provide a safe and loving environment for every resident. We build communities of hope and support that include residents, family, and our staff. Love and service lay at the heart of our mission to provide excellence and integrity of care. We strive to honor one another above ourselves and serve with excellence and purpose. Every day, we make it our goal to provide the highest standard of care and enrich our residents' lives. Innovative wellness programs and life enrichment activities are scheduled in a warm and loving atmosphere. We would consider it an honor to care for your loved one at any of our assisted living communities.
Jeff Williams Owner Jeff, at a very early age, learned the values of service to others, compassion, and integrity. As missionaries, his parents were very impressionable. As many do, Jeff strayed from those values as he got older and his choice of lifestyle resulted in some trying times. Inspired by his life lessons, strong foundation, and aging parents, Jeff recommitted the values he was taught and “handed things over to the Lord”. As his parents aged and began experiencing assisted living communities, he gained a loving passion for seniors. This inspired him to start a business of his own where he could become more involved in the process of making a positive difference in the lives of those who deserve the respect and love they once so freely shared. As a result, Jeff has prospered in both his personal and business life.
Connie Parenteau Regional Director
Connie possesses a deep and unwavering commitment to senior citizens. Their comfort and care are the top considerations in every decision she makes. She has first-hand experience about what it’s like to live in an assisted living community. For nearly two years, while working in California, she actually lived with the residents under her care. That experience provided her with a vast array of knowledge as to what residents expect and how staff can meet those expectations. She is a strong believer in holding “care conferences” with residents and their families in order to provide the best care possible. Connie constantly works at “team-building” among staff to provide a positive working environment, which also leads to a positive living experience for seniors. Her goal is to make sure the needs of each and every resident are met timely and effectively.
